Getting started

How do I add the bot to my server?+
Click "Add to Discord" at the top of this site, pick your server, and approve the requested permissions. You'll need the "Manage Server" permission on that server to complete the invite. Once it's in, log into the dashboard with the same Discord account to start configuring it.
Who can access the dashboard for my server?+
Anyone with the "Manage Server" permission on that Discord server can log in and configure it — there's no separate invite-only access list to manage. Removing someone's Manage Server permission in Discord removes their dashboard access for that server too.
Why can't I find a setting I'm looking for?+
Every feature is organized under a category in the sidebar and mirrored in the documentation. If a page is greyed out with a crown icon, it's a Premium feature that isn't unlocked for that server yet — see the Billing page.

Setup & permissions

The bot isn't doing anything in my server — what's wrong?+
Almost always a missing Discord permission. Moderation actions need Manage Roles/Manage Messages/Ban Members/Kick Members as relevant; channel-creating features (Statistics Channels, Temporary Channels, Tickets) need Manage Channels; and the bot's own role needs to sit above any role it's supposed to manage in Server Settings → Roles. Check the feature's own page for a specific error message first — most write the real Discord error back to the dashboard instead of failing silently.
A category-based feature (like Statistics Channels) says it can't create or rename a channel.+
The bot's role needs Manage Channels in that server. For a specific locked stat channel that stops updating after working before, double-check nobody removed the bot's own permission override on that individual channel — moving the bot's role below another role, or an admin editing channel permissions directly in Discord, can both cause this.
Why does a locked "statistics" voice channel show a padlock instead of being a normal channel?+
Statistics channels are voice channels with everyone denied the Connect permission — visible in the sidebar as a live-updating name, but nobody can actually join. That's intentional: it's a pure display, not a real voice channel.
Can members outside my server see or interact with any of this?+
No — everything in the Studio dashboard only affects the one Discord server you're editing. The one exception noted on its own page is the Bot Personalizer's description field, which is the bot's global "About Me" and is the same everywhere.

Premium & billing

What's the difference between Free and Premium?+
Free servers get generous but capped limits (custom commands, reaction-role menus, level roles, banned words) and access to most features. Premium raises those limits substantially and unlocks features marked with a small crown icon throughout the dashboard and in the documentation. See the Billing page inside your server's dashboard for the exact current comparison.
How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?+
From your server's Billing page, click "Manage subscription" — that opens a billing portal where you can change plans, update payment details, or cancel. Cancelling keeps Premium access until the end of the current billing period.
Is Premium per-server or per-account?+
Per server. Each Discord server you run the bot in has its own independent plan and its own billing.

Streaming integrations

Why does connecting Twitch/Kick/YouTube redirect me somewhere odd or fail?+
These connections use each platform's own OAuth login — you're briefly sent to twitch.tv, kick.com, or accounts.google.com to approve access, then redirected back. If the redirect fails, it's almost always a mismatch between the redirect URL registered on that platform's developer console and the one the bot is actually using — that's configured by whoever runs the bot, not something a server admin can fix from the dashboard.
I connected Twitch — why do Kick/YouTube alerts still say "not connected"?+
Each platform is a separate connection with its own page (Twitch Integratie, Kick Integratie, YouTube Integratie). Connecting one doesn't connect the others.
Why is my TikTok/YouTube alert unreliable compared to Twitch?+
Twitch has an official API built for exactly this (EventSub), so those alerts are near-instant. TikTok has no equivalent free API at all, so upload detection there is best-effort and often won't fire. YouTube's free API quota only allows a limited number of live-status checks per day across every tracked channel, so it's checked far less often (roughly every 15 minutes) to stay within that budget.
Do I need my own Twitch/Kick/YouTube developer app?+
No — the bot owner configures one shared set of API credentials for each platform. If a page says a platform "isn't configured yet," that's on the bot owner's side, not something to fix per-server.
Why doesn't the bot chat under my own Twitch name?+
It chats under one fixed name in every server's Twitch chat, on purpose — connecting your own channel on the Twitch Integratie page only gives it access to stats Twitch reserves for the channel owner (followers, subs, bits, channel point redemptions). For it to actually post and read messages in your chat, add its account as a moderator yourself (type /mod <botname> in your own Twitch chat — the exact command is shown on the Twitch Integratie page). That's a one-time manual step Twitch requires; there's no API that can do it for you.

Troubleshooting

I changed a setting and nothing happened in Discord.+
Most pages need an explicit Save — check for an unsaved-changes indicator or just click Save again. Anything that posts a message to Discord (Tickets' panel, Reaction Roles) needs its own "Post/Plaats" action after saving the settings, not just Save.
A live-updating channel name or number seems stuck.+
These update on their own shortly after a change, and immediately after you add or edit one from the dashboard — but Discord limits how often any single channel can be renamed, so during a burst of changes there can be a short delay before it catches up.
Something is broken and none of this covers it.+
If AI Support is enabled for your server, try /support in Discord first. Otherwise, reach out through the support server link on the Help page.
