Five things worth knowing before you touch any feature below — read once, then skip straight to what you need.

1. 1. A few Discord words used throughout these docs

   A server is a whole Discord community (yours). A channel is one text or voice room inside it — you'll see #channel-name in Discord. A category is a folder-like heading that groups several channels together (categories can't hold messages themselves — see the Statistics Channels page for how this bot uses that). A role is a tag members can have (like "Moderator") that controls what color their name shows in and what permissions they get.

2. 2. Add the bot to your server

   Click "Add to Discord" at the very top of this site. A Discord window opens — use the dropdown to pick which of your servers to add the bot to (you need the "Manage Server" permission on that server to see it in the list), then click "Continue", review the requested permissions, and click "Authorize". You may need to complete a quick CAPTCHA — that's Discord's own check, not the bot's.

3. 3. Open the dashboard for your server

   Click "Login" at the top of this site (or go to /dashboard) and log in with the same Discord account you used to add the bot. You'll see a list of your servers — click the one you just added the bot to. This opens the Studio: a sidebar on the left with every feature grouped into categories, exactly like the ones documented on this page.

4. 4. The pattern every settings page follows

   Almost every page works the same way: change a toggle, dropdown, or text field, then click a Save (or "Save changes"/"Opslaan") button — usually purple — to apply it. Nothing takes effect until you click that button. A few pages have a second, separate action button (like "Post panel" or "Send") that actually posts something into Discord — saving your settings and posting a message are often two different clicks, both described step by step below.

5. 5. What the little crown icon means

   A small gold crown next to a feature's name — both in the dashboard sidebar and in these docs — means it's a Premium feature. If a page looks locked, that server hasn't upgraded yet; see the Monetize → Billing page in the docs for how to do that.
